Research Purpose Labs ships orders within the United States only. This policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Where we ship
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Order processing
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment processing is finalized. Payment processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen.
Shipping method and cost
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Orders with a subtotal under $199 (after coupons and discounts): $9.99 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders with a subtotal of $199 or more (after coupons and discounts): free shipping.
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. Research Purpose Labs and its carriers do not guarantee delivery times, and some deliveries may take longer.

Missing, incorrect, or damaged items
If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm PST) with your order number.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. See our Refund Policy for details.
